is anyone here good with IRC bots? i play an mmog and would like to set up a bot for our IRC channel that pulls news from a website for the game "news", and i havent got a clue on where to start. any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
If you don't know to program, and you don't know Java, that's where you start. If you do know how to code in Java, then you find yourself a copy of the IRC spec and write a program that adheres to it. Basically, you need to turn the spec into code.
