Can I do that ? I am new to SQL, and I want to practice it on my local computer. I want to use MySQL, which is what we are using in class, as well as Oracle, and some other packages. But for MySQL, I can do this all locally ? Thanks in advance.
Yeah, you can use mySQL from anywhere. From your PC, from a VM on your PC or from another machine. Don't think it's worth you installing phpmyadmin though.
