I am starting from nothing, no knowledge whatsoever, the first project I want to do is to create my own auto clicking program, I would want to know what program I need to create this, and help from you guys.

Well, if you want to do this in C++ you would most likely need another library and then basic knowledge of C++.

Then, I suggest that you get acquainted with a language first, preferably C or C++, before you attempt a program. Learn basic syntax, etc, etc...Programming is not something that you can learn in a day; it takes a LOT of time, a LOT of frustration, and a LOT of thinking to learn.
