I've been learning tons about building websites with HTML, but my true desire is to have a forum of some sort.

My question is, how do you make a forum? may seem like a senseless question but, i really wonder.

ok thank you, i downloaded the phpbb.com one, so i have this zip file, lots of stuff inside, now do i some how use this with my HTML editor?
