Default Make/Program Drivers

I was wondering if anybody could teach me a quick/somewhat easy way to create drivers for an Xbox controller I have with an adapter for USB. The drivers I have now are limited and some buttons don't work. Could someone show me how to, or send me a link to some good drivers. It would be nice to try out some home brew drivers as well if anybody is up to the challenge. I want the force feedback to work, along with both analog sticks, the d-pad, and all of the buttons to be touch sensitive. If you can help me e-mail me at nathan_barstow14@hotmail.com or post a reply here.

Home brewing drivers will be VERY techinal and require lots of time, effort, and headaches.

I figured it would...but it would be very helpful. Well, does anyone know any good places to get good drivers? Right now I'm using XBCD...it's ok...but still some minor flaws.
