Default Mac Compiler

I have an older version of the Symantic C++ compiler and it doesn't seem to work on any OS over version 8 and I need to use in on a Computer with both 9 and 10

Does anybody know where to get a Freeware mac C++ compiler

Hey,

If you are running OS X all you really have to do is pop open a terminal and use gcc. I'm pretty sure that gcc compiles c++ as well as c.
