I am a Real Estate Developer and Realtor in Louisville, KY. IÂ’m in the planning stage of putting together a fairly in depth system of spreadsheets and reports that will need to be turned into software. The spreadsheets are used for analyzing real estate investment properties and the information obtained from the spreadsheets will need to be plugged into the reports. The software package will be sold to real estate investors as a program to analyze their potential investments and to prepare a very detailed professional report that they can present to lenders.

While IÂ’m very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to real estate investments, I know next to nothing about writing code and designing software.
