Live Online Presentations

Hi All,

I'm beginning to work with SMIL and RealMedia but so far I can't find a solution for what I thought would be a simple problem. I want to make a live slideshow broadcast like you can do with powerpoint but combine this with on-demand streaming video clips. All the solutions I can find that work with RealPlayer are geared toward synchronizing the slides to change automatically with video or audio streams but I want to do it the other way around. I need to know if there is a way to manually control the delivery of slides so the presenter makes the slide transitions at his end and can also control when the on-demand video clips start streaming - kind of the reverse of the workflow you usually encounter with livepresentation software.
