Default Learning how to code

Yes i did a search, but couldnt find much

I know some basic code, i have write little C++ programs before. However i want to play around with some more C++ code. It's been 2 years and I forget everything.

I was looking at a place to start, as well as a free C++ program.

Other program recomendatons are also welcome
