Well, Hi to everyone out there, I am a new user and this is my First Post in this fourm, well I some how, get hands to MIcrosoft's courtsey i.e. logonui.exe, a file which is displayed just when we Login to Windows Xp... I opened it with the Help of resource hacker, but now, where I lagged was my lack of knowledge in programming Laguage...

So fellas, I was able to change the blue login screen to my own customized pictures, but was not able to change their sizes and positions, and i din know which language did Microsoft used to make this, logonui.exe, cause i am just a beginner in front of you, well i have uploaded that Code file on the below Link,please read the code, and lemme know what it is, is ASP or XML, i will Have to learn that too..

hey can u be more clear, it is not the way to laugh on others, that is not a gentle man, is it so? If you Have knowlegde why donn u share it, to prove yourself, other than sitting there and laughing some one, like me, who is willing to learn from you... that is bad and heart breaking.. (

I wasnt making fun of you, i was just laughing at the fact you got xml code or whatever from a binary exe... that dosent make sence to me.
are you sure you are modifying the right file?

Ya i am sure, cause i have read that in different forums, and there the experts have asked to modify that, and even when i compared two of them, like the original one and the one which i downloaded from www.themexp.org, they had a lotsa difference in coding as well as in the pattern, like here we can edit the values for colors, postion and sizes.. please do help me..

I have also downloaded new boot/login screens for XP, and i havent figured out how to install them yet, if i find out how i will surely post something here.

it's is easy to install them, with the the help of logon Loader, but i need to modify their code, which they have in them...
