Question interview-programming test

I have a friend who applied for a Programmer I positon. They told her that they will interview her and give her a test. I'm assuming the test will entail creating a small program or process but I could be wrong. Does anyone have any idea what the test might be about or better yet how can she prepare? Thanks. Mia

Default

I've seen this with IT hiring firms, they give aptitude tests on specific subject matter. They aren't too hard so she should be alright!

Cool "Neo? Sparks?"

It really depends on what she's being hired for. If she's making programs for a living, theyed probabily test her on the most popular set of programing languages such as: Visual basic, C, and C+. They would also probabily test her on the most important aspect of programming which is turning the finished programming into binary or ASCII incoded messages so that the computer can understand it.

I'm an independant programmer so i wouldn't know for-shure.
