Question Intel Hex Format

How do you decode a file that is encoded to Intel Hex format?
I mean say theirs a JPEG and U encoded it to intel hex format.
Now u have only the intel hex code of it.
and U wanna decode it back to the original jpeg.

How can u do this? Are their any tools for this?

I'm sorry if this doesn't help you, but I believe you are confused to some point of the Hex Format.

Hmm, Intel's Hex Format... There's just something wrong with that picture.

Anyways search the good ol' G double o g l e, and maybe you'll find an answer.
