Excel will be good to use using IF statments in can give u a yes or no if in stock how, u can get info on how many r in stock n another if statement saying yes or no to reorder the product when you like 2 of them left. its easy pm me 4 more info maybe i will make it if i have time

I'd use MySQL then. It's a very easy to use database.

Do you have web hosting? See if your web host provider offers MySQL and can help you set it up.
