When I go to link an image in Dreamweaver MX in html it always resizes the image for no reason, I tried linking it with typing in the tagse and url, and it doesn't work then I try to right click the image and link it that way it doesn't work, somehow it always ends up resized and it skews the whole page. This is a .html file, I also double checked it and I kow I out the code in right.

here. Its not done yet and none of the links work, its just a basic layout. I'm going to put an scrollable Iframe in the black open area.
Tell me if it doesn't work with your browser please.
EDIT: I would also like to know how to make the window of the site open to the exact size the layout is, know what I mean?
