is it the mozilla firefox browser that i used or just my connection in terms of loading of a page that i need to open; it seems slow everytime i need to open a site

it looks like your connection is the problem. You've only sent 11.3 packets? That's a bit of an odd number. You could check and make sure there is no bandwidth cap on your connection. Also run all the spyware and adware programs, run some disk cleanup software and the like.
