Try reuploading your files, if it still happens contact the webhosting provider php may have been messed with.

all my files are in my control panel, I dont have then on my pc, i have got an old backup of the data, again in my control panel, but I dont know how to do it.

First off, let me say you're a ****. I don't like trojans being placed on my computer.
Secondly, either your php script is screwed, or you webhost needs to fix their php support. Call them. And don't be such a lame ***.
