Hi,

I'm not aware of an html template builder for webpages... except of course an html editor of some sort. In other words someone has to code them.

A wysiwyg type of editor (Frontpage, Dreamweaver, etc...) would allow you to design by site - moving elements around visually while the program codes in the background. That would be the easiest for someone not experienced in html.

There are, however, several sites that offer custom templates - some offer free templates that can be downloaded and some are purchased from catalogs of existing templates.

Do a search on google for "html templates" and you'll see both types.

Maybe someone else knows of an actual "builder" for you.

You're more than welcome. Might want to check back here periodically in case some knows of a wizard based "template builder" or similar app.

Good luck!

There are 2 hard things about making professional looking templates.

1) You need to get really good a Photoshop or some other gprahics editor.

2) You need to learn tables, and how to slice images right so that they look right.

Slicing Images is not hard. If you have PS 7 then Adobe ImageReady should have come with it. Use ImageReady to slice your Photoshopped image.
