i have read up on this tag, and i see that it is powerful on its own without useing CSS, But how do you setup a url to call just one DIV in a html file?

and how can you use this with php?

You want only one section of your html document to be affected by your DIV tags? am I understanding you right?

Well thats fine, thats what they are used for you dont need to place your whole doc within the tags. i.e- you can place just one table within the tags if youd like.
