Unhappy HTML help

At we are currently using ad-rotator.com as our banner rotaor software. ive just changed to phpAdsNew and when I add the code to my header it messes it up:

heres the header template with the ad-rotator scpript in it.

Any help would be great.

If you could show us the page where it is hosted, may be we could save the page and then try it out.
