Im trying to make a drop down box, where if someone chooses a band, and then clicks submit, a new window/tab opens playing the song.

im doing this on myspace, so how can i do this with just HTML and CSS?

You can make a form with HTML and CSS, but it won't do anything without a server technology on the back-end.

IE ASP, Asp.net, PHP, Java

For Myspace, you may be able to develop something just using javascript/HTML/CSS
