how much does C++ cost

I want to learn how to program, i am saving up for a computer and i want to know how much it cost so i can know how much to save up

There are many free C++ compilers available on the internet, one of my favorites being Dev-C++. You can find it at http://www.bloodshed.net/devcpp.html
