How can i link this website to my own?

I'm a first time web page maker and i'm making a webpage (it dos'nt have a server yet) and i was wondering how i could create a link to this page from my own?

I'm using AceHTML 5 if that helps

My page is for a polytech assignment so it's not online yet
and i just wanted to be able to put a link (preferably using a banner from here) from my page to this page.
is there any way i can do this?
if so what is the HTML code
