I'm new in all of this and I'M running with frontpage

i woudl like to know if I need a web host if if want to create a webpage or i ifcan create my webpage without one for free ?!

and if I really need one, witch one do you suggest me ??

You don't need a webhost you can view it all on your own computer. If you want other people to be able to see it you can try one of the many free webhost.

If you live in France you may want to try Lycos as they have good free European hosting, but I know they have ads.

There are some very cheap webhosts out there, some get down to like $12 a year. You just have to search a little. If you have a cable or dsl (or better) modem you could look into running your own server, that would save you time and money. But you'd still have to purchase a domain name, luckily they're extremely cheap.
