Maybe just do something with http://spreadsheets.google.com ?

You could take the end result and post it to a website when it is done, maybe

I agree that asp.net would make it a lot easier, but, Windows hosting + an asp.net developer would be very costly. PHP image manipulation is more difficult, but probably less costly. What kind of graph do you want?

just a basic line graph... as i mentioned.. i just want to be able to input data.. have it saved on a file, and use the file to draw the graph..
