Ok recently i was looking at themes for my puter just to make it personal. Well i figured out you can make them in notepad but once i did that i had no idea what to do with the text. Where to put it and save it to and all that. Care to help? Not sure if this is right place to be so if not point me in right direction please.

if you mean desktop themes, save the file with a *.theme extension and put it in c:\windows\resources\themes folder if you're using XP
