| True Techie | I posted this in the gaming section and I thought it would be better to post it here. I have came up with the idea of making an FPS game. Though I dont know which game engine to use I need one that supports Mac, Windows, and Linux. The game would have single player (Storyline) and multiplayer. The game is going to have a huge enviroment. I was thinking about the Quake 2 engine but I decided to ask someone about what engine to use. Please tell me what game engine you would reccomend. Oh yeah, and the engine has to be free.

| most commercial games has hundreds of people working on it.. unless of course, you can think up of a brand new playing style.. then you can make whatever you want..
