Default freepascal anyone?

Even though the language isn't used remotely at all in the real programming world, except to teach students the basics of programming, I have a few goals I'd like to achieve while in school studying freepascal.

Does anyone know what lines of code are used to generate sounds? I think it'd be cool if I could make a program that's used to play cruddy versions of songs out the user's soundcard.

Any help?

Maybe I could make a simple piano program or something along those lines using the keyboard.

Perfect, thanks.

For some reason I thought the code was a little more advanced than that
