Expanding tables (html)

I have a very good knowledge of html.. but i am having this one problem with my forums. If you go here http://xbstorm.com/board/viewtopic.php?t=24 you will notice the posts are stretched out to where they are not supposed to. How can i make that table not stretch out. There must be a way of making it so it stays at one width (953)

I don't see what's wrong with it, or have you already fixed it?

I dont think he has. I think he wants the area with all the content to be the same width as the header. I personaly dont work with tables anymore so I couldnt tell you how to fix it (I worked with tables for like 1 year then along came css and I quickly converted lol)

Yes i want it be kept the same width as the header. Can anyone else help?
