Does anyone know why it is called Enterprise Edition. What is different about this version.

Its 6. And I'm glad you brought that up. I was also wondering why they named it .NET and what the differences are.

I know it seems like why is this guy in here asking these dumb questions. Well I am a good programmer. I just don't pay attention much to headlines and stuff like that.

It's called .NET because it's the first version of VB that has the ability to use all of .NET's features.

And if you go to Mircosofts website and there are comparions of each version(EX:Enterprise,ect, ect).

Also, if you starting to devlop projects in VB I would use .NET. It is a pain in the a$$ so convert from VB6 to .NET. I am converting a 12,000 line VB6 app to VB.NET and it is a very slow and painful process!
