Talking drivers????

hi everyone im new on here.
i was just wondering if anyone can help me with a bit of programming for a piece of software i have. basically i use a piece of software to control my laser lights and it has an interface or dac to change the computer signal into analogue signal. someone has created a piece of software for another dac and it wont work with mine. i was wondering if it was possible to alter the program so it works with mine. i was thinking to somehow write in my driver details to the program. this might not be possible but i thought it was worth a try.

cheers ollie

Default Re: drivers????

It's possible to alter the program as long as you have the original source code. You can't just edit an executable.
