Hi.. i have a idea that i need some help with..

im trying to create a web-based system where by i can upload data through web pages to a specific folder on a network.

can anyone suggest what is the best program and server tech for powering/supporting this. and also what would be the best type of data base. and dynamic page formats. ie: ASP. , ASP.NET, PHP , CFM.

i was thinking about using either, Dreamweaver, Coldfusion or Visual studio.


any help or ideas would be much appreciated.

I like asp.net best. But php would also be a good choice. If your server supports the .NET Framework, then go with ASP.NET for sure
