Default dos sheduled shutdown possible?

is it possible to schedule a system shutdown in dos? ie : july 23, 2005 my bf works on dos based systems and lives hours away, he has computers all over but we have to wait for them to have a glitch to have him come here "on the company" any romantics out there who can help? of course there would have to be a "fix" for this shutdown as well

bla!! is on a distinguished road

Default

I don't know about a scheduled one, but you can set a shutdown timer.

type "shutdown -t xx"
Where xx is the number of seconds before the shutdown.

Do you happen to know what version of DOS he's working in?

Wink more ideas

computers are run on dos 6.2
may be as simple as causing the computer to change the IRQ numbers on a certain date causing the video card not to work or the keyboard. We are used to using computers not programming them. k'mon all you wizards! help me out!
