I'm new to css... and I think it neat how you can adjust the layout of the page without html. But I'm having a problem. I can't get any of this right. This is the design I would like, can somebody help me with the type of codes I would need for it?

I have the logo centered and the text, but the #'s I want to be black and in the middle white. I also would like the links to be in a straight line. Can somebody help?
