Default Change Apache Directory

I think I want to do something that isn't possible, but I'm going to ask it anyways.
I currently have Apache2 (everything works properly, no bugs at all). What I want to do is change the directory... like... change where I put the files to be "published" online. I want them to be on my external hard drive (K:\) and not in the htdocs folder. Is that possible? If so, how would I do that??
