Default CD setup error...help

i bought Deitel book 'C how to program' and got the CD inside. I have installed it before to my laptop, but few weeks ago, i re-install my winXP,and all gone....

now i'm trying to install the same thing, but the follows dialog box comeout.

window's title : 16 bit Windows Subsystem

box content : C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

before this no such a thing come out. anyone faced this before?

Give the forums a search before posting problems. I've posted this fix quite a bit already.

You should probably also use the software or windows help forum...consider this doesn't really have anythign to do with programming.
