Default c++ narrator

I have a c++ console program and I want to know if it is at all possible to make microsoft narrator read what the program says. I do not mean just open up narrator on its own. I mean I want to integrate it into my program so that it only reads what my program displays. If it is possible, what would my code have to look like for this?

So the lack of a response means no one knows? Or is it not possible?

Exclamation Re: c++ narrator

Well, I made some progress... I think. I found:
Microsoft Speech API (SAPI) 5.3

But does any one know how to install this?
