Default binary=c++?

i understand that windows is running binary and everthing but if you need to know c++ to make programs where does the binary fall into, is it for only java based thing? yeah i'm new at this but all i know in binary in bits,bytes, and very little of acsll only 15...

c++ -> compiler -> binary -> operating system -> running program

so i need to know c++ becuase that will=binary after it is compiled, then it will excute right?

Is it really in binary at that stage or assembly? I would think assembly is sent to the computer and then the actural cpu convert the assembly to binary but I could be wrong.

Assembly is just a human readable representation of binary.

So yes, it is binary.
