| binary=c++? i understand that windows is running binary and everthing but if you need to know c++ to make programs where does the binary fall into, is it for only java based thing? yeah i'm new at this but all i know in binary in bits,bytes, and very little of acsll only 15... |

| Is it really in binary at that stage or assembly? I would think assembly is sent to the computer and then the actural cpu convert the assembly to binary but I could be wrong. |

| Assembly is just a human readable representation of binary.
So yes, it is binary.
