I'm also learning asp,my problem is that I can't install IIS in my personal computer.Below is the instruction from w3schools:

Make sure your Web server is running - The installation program has added a new icon on your task bar (this is the IIS symbol). Click on the icon and press the Start button in the window that appears.

But I can't find the icon after install IIS!

Another issue:

Can you explain how a web application frees web designers labor?
