Unhappy adriss.exe problem

I have a problem with my PC. What happens is everytime I log into my account this pops up after a couple of seconds:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Program: F:\WINDOWS\System32\adirss.exe
File: .\SmtpServer.cpp
Line:28

Expression: bool(sock_)&&sock_->isSockValid()

For information on how your program can cause an assertion failure, see the Visual C++ documentation on asserts

(Press Retry to debug the application - JIT must be enabled)

this has happend ever scince ive done this disk clean up in my F drive. I was wondering if you had a solution for me. If you did that would be great thanks.
