i am looking for some bolt heads, if i had the right tools i would just pick up some heavy duty bolts and cut them myself, i have asked mnpctech this question also and waiting for a response, but i wanted to ask you guys also.

these will be used in my current project and i have less than a week now to get it down.

I believe they are technically referred to as carriage bolts.

You want just the heads? I don't know, I do what you stated, buy and cut off the heads. Grinder (hand or bench) or dremel works great. hand grinders are dirt cheap if you don't have one....good tool to have even if you don't "need" it.

Pick your size there, I believe they come in 100 quantity bags, but it's very cheap.

Why the heads? Do you mean the nuts? (Being serious... They are called a nut...) Or the washer?
