I believe it's 9......266 x 9 = 2400.

ok thanks, then for overclocking to occur, so my ram speed should be like ......

How far do you plan on overclocking? You can lower the multiply and use a higher bus speed as well.

If you wanted to run DDR2-800 @ 1:1 you would hit 3.6

Yep...just get the G.skill NQ's and you will most likely max out your overclock and get Cas 4 at the same time.
