Question What does 41MHz PCI do?

I'm planning to OC my CPU to 250MHz, but the PCI cannot be locked.

It would set my PCI clock to 41 MHz. Is this too high? Can it damage my PCI graphics card or soundcard?

Currently my PCI runs at 37.5 MHz and it works fine.

I wouldn't OC your PCI bus just for the fact that all cards are different. 41mhz could make one card awsome and at the same time it may make another crash.
