The CPU is great.
The MB is normal.

Are these idle or load temperatures?

my cpu is over 60 while gaming. it always makes my computer crash.

I really don't want to have to take out my motherboard to reapply some thermal. such a nuisance !!!

Are you serious? With a Tuniq? That's weird...well you need to reapply something, or reseat the heatsink.
