The CPU is great.
The MB is normal.

Are these idle or load temperatures?

Have you tried running a game and seeing if the temperature changes?

My temps went up by 1-2 degrees C when I was running Battlefield 2142 and was playing an actual match.

Those temperatures are fine then. I guess it is idle and load.

You would want to stay below 60C on load.

my cpu is over 60 while gaming. it always makes my computer crash. I really don't want to have to take out my motherboard to reapply some thermal. such a nuisance !!!

Are you serious? With a Tuniq? That's weird...well you need to reapply something, or reseat the heatsink.
