Well this sucks...can't get passed 2.6GHz

I want to OC my old PC now and see how far I can get. I was quite shocked/mad that I can't even get over 2.6GHz.

Specs:
AMD Athlon 64 3200+
ABit UL8
DDR400 Corsair XMS 2gb

I set it even 1 MHz higher than 260 in the BIOS, and it just stays at 2.6GHz. I don't get it?? I'm guessing it's just because the motherboard sucks, but maybe it's something else?

I got the voltage at 1.52, RAM is at 160MHz, and LDT is at 600MHz.

What gives? Just a horrible motherboard?

try updating the mobo's bios, proberly the version doesn't support over 2.6ghz

It's the most recent and it says the FSB goes from 200 - 400.
