Default Watercooled e6420 Potential???

I have a buddy who im building a system for and we are looking into buying either one of these:

Intel C2D E6420 (overclocked and watercooled)
or
Intel C2D Q6600 (overclocked with tuniq tower)

Say i choose the e6420.. how much do you think would be sufficient for a watercooling kit, on a budget.. i have no experience and im guessing $120 would be good?

Like i said, i have absolutely NO experience in watercooling, please help me out

Thanks in advance,
Alexsabree

Watercooling is very sketchy for new builders. It can break and leak coolant if not done properly, or even when done properly. The Tuniq Tower is the best option in my opinion.

Once in awhile. I think about 2-3 months? But I think you should stick with the Tuniq Tower.

Going to stick with what I have, not going to upgrade.
