Question Water/Liquid cooling cleaning & other questions...

how often should you clean a water/liquid cooling parts?
tubes, reservoir, generator & all that good stuff...

how often should i replace fluid?

what's the best fluid to use?

I just replace it when it starts to look gunky. If the reservoir looks gunky I wash it with a bit of vinegar then clean it out with warm soapy water.

As for fluid, pure distilled water is the best...but I usually just get premixed fluid like Alphacool fluid or Feser 1 as they have anticorrosion stuff and UV dye already mixed in.

I got some pure water from Kmart, and added Swiftech HydrX to it for my system.

distilled water and zerex coolant + dye for mine.
