Is there a ATI Bios editor with fan speed control by rpm?
I need a bios editor that has has fan speed control by rpm and not fan %. Judging by sound my card seems to report rpm correctly and fan % wrong. So when the card reports running 20% its really running higher (up to 75%) and is very loud. So I figure setting a bios to run by rpm might fix that.
Does such a program exist?
