Commander I think thats the same one I'm talking about. Kind of looks like this, but it houses a regular lighter instead.

The small torches can get prity hot to, don't try an keep it on the one spot for any length of time or you would end up with charred cables . A hair dryer can do the job well it might take longer but its better than risking charred cables.

If you search the forums i am sure there is a thread on sleeving IDE cables an molex's it was before the upgrade i know that.
