what would be a good case that offers great wire management and is fairly cheap? im trying to stay under 120 bucks on this

As you see from my pic, the Aerocool AeroEngine II, is great for wire management. But then, not everyone likes that case.

i checked those out and their awesome looking cases but a bit on the pricy side
