Here's what I did to my HDD.





I placed my HDD onto the 3.5 Drive bay, and just left my HDD drive bay empty. The temperatures for my HDD is still around 30-39c which is really good!

Lol peter, well you know the 3.5 drive bays? I placed my hard-drive there instead of the tower's hard-drive bay.

Like phucng_10 said, flip those hard drives, if you can. That will greatly reduce the wires shown.

Well, I think that Rosewill will do for your E6400. Unless you plan to use the AeroCool AeroEngine II for your E6400.

There! It looks much nicer since the S-ATA isn't stick out! Well, maybe the one's on the optical drives are but it looks ok! :happy:
